Sarah Butler and Jodelle Ferland
Washington Butler is a Puyallup native who was fascinated by arts and culture from an early age. She was a singer in choirs, entered singing competitions and performed in the community theatre and in high school. Her move from Los Angeles to study theatre at the University of Southern California and later, she played Belle the Princess in Beauty and the Beast for one year and a half at Disneyland. She left college in search of a talent agent to audition for films and television. Butler guest starred on her own TV show CSI: Miami. She had a role during the same year in the web series Luke 11 17 directed by Don Stark. Butler was also a frequent guest in the show I Love Vampires. Butler was chosen to play the lead character in I Spit on Your Grave (a remake) a 2010 revenge and rape thriller. Though initially, she wasn't a fan of the film's violence and nudity she was eventually convinced by the storyline's feminist tone and the strong characters. Butler played Jennifer Hills...
